This was a passion project of mine since the the design involved my sister’s life long dream of owning her own bakery since culinary school many years ago. I am fortunate and proud to be a life long beneficiary of the creative and unique flavor sensations of my Pastry Chef sister Allyson. She went from a outside summertime pop up vendor to a permanent resident at North Market, a wonderful urban, industrial market that offers delights from all kinds of culinary cultures and traditions. She had to beat out a lot of folks for the spot and I’d like to think that my design and vision had something to do with it. From a completely blank empty 20’ x 20’ space to the the now thriving commercial bakery was a real challenge but was a dream realized for this Whisk Taker & Flavor Maker.
